Open enrollment is near in most health care companies and that means thousands of members will be given a choice to modify their dental plan or keep it the same.  In many instances people will change their plan if they are not satisfied with the plan details.  Also, if members are not satisfied with the doctors that they go to - for whatever reason - they tend to switch to a different doctor as well.

I don't know why some companies sub contract dental insurance through a 3rd party? It sometimes causes the members to become like a ping pong ball going from one company to the other to resolve an issue.

Any idea why?
